FAQs

At Royal Hills HOA, we’ve done our best to create a website that anticipates and satisfies our homeowners’ needs. With that goal in mind, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions. If you do not find an answer to your question here, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

[A]: The Board meets quarterly at Bruton Memorial Library in Plant City, located at 302 W McLendon St. The time for the meeting is generally 6:30 PM. However, please check the message boards at each of the front entrances to our development (Country Hills Blvd and Ethan Way) for the exact date and time for the meeting. The dates may vary depending on the availability of the meeting room at the library.

The Events page and the Calendar pages on this website will provide the dates and times as well. Please check it often for the most current information.

[A]: The Managing Agent cannot be on the property 24 hours per day. If your neighbor is in compliance when the community is inspected, they will not receive a violation notice. Eventually, your neighbor will receive a violation letter as well.

[A]: You can feel free to report it to us in our contact section. By law, anonymous complaints are not allowed. You must furnish us with your name and address; however, we will not release your information to the violator.

[A]: You have received this letter because you continue to be in violation of one (or more) of our Covenants, and you have not responded to the Managing Agent when you were first notified of the problem(s). It is in your best interest to:
1. Contact the Managing Agent.
2. Fix the problem outlined in your letter.
3. Appear before the CEC and discuss your matter; otherwise, the CEC will have no choice but to levy the maximum allowable fine in accordance with the Covenants and the laws of this state.

[A]: In the past, the CEC has met at various locations. However, the meetings will be held at Bruton Memorial Library in Plant City, located at 302 W McLendon St. Please check the boards at the front entrances (Country Hills Blvd and Ethan Way) for the exact date, location, and time. The “Events” and “Calendar” pages will also display the dates, times, and locations for the CEC Committee Hearing. Please bring all documentation regarding your violation, such as current-dated pictures and violation letters.

Meet Your Board of Directors

Royal Hills Homeowners Association is a strong-willed group of homeowners that is striving to keep our community looking new and a peaceful place to live. We are made up of a Board of Directors (BOD), a Development and Review Board (DRB), and a Covenants Enforcement Committee. All of the Boards are fairly new to these roles, but we have made many gains in this past year. We cannot do this alone; we also need every homeowner’s help in the community. Together, we will keep Royal Hills a wonderful place to live.
